The Opportunity
Working closely with the Centre Leadership Team, you will enjoy;
- Leading curriculum planning and implementation
- Supporting Educators to deliver high-quality learning experiences
- Helping assess and track each child’s development
- Setting clear goals and expectations with the team
- Contributing to our Quality Improvement Plan to ensure continuous growth
Centre Highlights
Our Mount Barker centre offers inspiring learning spaces filled with natural materials and plenty of outdoor fun—think natural play structures, sandpits, and water play. Located in the beautiful Adelaide Hills, we’re close to Nairne, Murray Bridge, Stirling, and Crafers. Join a passionate, supportive team—it’s more than a job, it’s a community.
To be considered, you will have:
- A Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood
- Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework
- Previous experience working in the early years sector
- Valid Working with Children’s Check (SA)
