What we need:

• An enthusiastic and friendly nature that leaves families feeling welcome and valued
• Proficiency in managing inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills, allowing you to efficiently manage enrolment enquiries and follow-ups
• Tech-savvy mindset with the confidence to navigate and utilize multiple systems, including Rapid and Pure Cloud
• Exceptional phone manner, characterized by empathy, patience, and active listening, leaving families feeling heard and understood
• A passion for providing excellent customer service to families and ensuring their journey with us is seamless and stress-free
• Be an Australian Citizen or a Permanent Resident
• Can work full time with flexible shifts

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls with the utmost professionalism and empathy, always ensuring families feel heard and supported.
• Assist in handling enrolment enquiries, navigating through our seamless system to provide accurate and timely information to prospective families.
• Be the go-to person for following up on bond payments, ensuring families are aware of deadlines and providing gentle reminders when necessary
• Take charge of booking centre tours, showcasing our state-of-the-art facilities and creating an inviting environment for families to envision their child’s future
• Collaborate with our enrolment team to prepare enrolment offers, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately
• Utilize your tech-savvy skills to navigate multiple systems including Rapid and Pure Cloud, making the most of our cutting-edge technology to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
• Demonstrate exceptional phone manner, connecting with families on a personal level, and always going above and beyond to provide outstanding service
